Found in an Outremont bus shelter at 8.00 am. This is pretty much all you need to know about the culture of that borough, formerly an independent municipality. Le Devoir is considered by some to be the newspaper of choice for Quebec’s French-speaking intelligentsia and sovereigntists. Fuck Yeah Quebec wrote briefly about Outremont here.
